Equality for Women.
Women in the modern world have it worse off today than decades or centuries ago.

Women in the workforce not only get paid less than their male counterparts ; they also get the shorter end of the stick when it comes to their role as mothers and wives. More responsibilities fall on the woman both at home and at work; and it’s always a balancing act that’s never fair.

Ensuring equal pay is only one small solution to the bigger issues that women face. The lack of close knit communities that once existed centuries ago must somehow be restored; it takes a village to succeed.
Men should take on more responsibilities at home; and for that to happen; they too need the freedom of a better work life balance.
